Live Luxury is a specialized sales division of Keller Williams Realty International and the Award-Winning Southeast Region, started by Bob Kilinski and Kay Evans in 1999 and headquartered in Metro Atlanta. The Southeast Region has been the top performing region in all of Keller Williams for many consecutive years. The region consistently out performs other regions in the major success areas. Our members are subject to an annual production number of luxury sales to maintain their membership. 

Our clients receive exclusive access to detailed quarterly numbers and trends. Since statistics vary from area to area, the information will indicate the number of sales in the area, the days on the market and the ratio of sales price to list price. Having this information empowers our clients to make decisions based on the reality of the current market and trends. We combine these numerous market advantages with luxury-specific training, leading edge technology, and local masterminding. The referral network of agents in Keller Williams is a major benefit for our clients. In the U.S., Canada and the global network from international countries, the agent count is approaching 200,000 agents across the globe. When buyers are attracted to Atlanta or sellers are relocating to another location, we have the ability to serve their needs in transition. 

Kay Evans, Co-Owner of KW Southeast and North Florida Regions 

Kay launched the Keller Williams Southeast Region in 1999 with partner Bob Kilinski. With their different skill sets, together they built the region to 60+ offices, which today has over 15,000 agents. Currently KW Southeast is the #1 performing region in all of Keller Williams and has been #1 in Metro Atlanta since 2011. Kay is a graduate of University of Louisiana Lafayette with a BS Degree in Business Education and has been active in real estate education, sale, and brokerage.

Courtney Gardner, Live Luxury Director

Courtney was born in Ohio, but lived all over the nation as an Army brat. After graduating from The Florida State University, she started her career in corporate finance, then moved to interior design and new home construction, film and TV marketing, and finally in Keller Williams and eventually under Kay Evans for Live Luxury in the Southeast Region. Courtney’s diverse career background comes together to help aid the growth of agents and market centers through technology marketing and branding. She approaches the business with 2 mantras: “if it is not efficient you won’t use it” and “if you have to look for it, it does not really exist”.
