Keller Williams Scores Big Landing No. 1 Berkshire Hathaway Team
After losing Philadelphia top producer, Mike McCann, to Keller Williams the previous year, Berkshire Hathaway is feeling the loss of yet another top producer this time in Omaha, Nebraska.
Jeff Cohn announced on December 10 that he would spearhead the new Market Center in West Omaha called KW Elite in January 2020. With his focus on Keller Williams’ commitment to technology and innovation, Cohn believes that this move is a win-win for both agents and consumers.
“We believe having a one-stop solution for the consumer is the future, and going into this next decade, it’s imperative that we’re serving our clients at the highest level,” Cohn said in a Facebook video he posted after his announcement.
Cohn’s team of 35 agents will join him in the new Omaha office, which will not only provide services for consumers to buy and sell their homes, but also include services for acquiring mortgages, titles, insurance services and more. This all-inclusive office will revolutionize the industry by also offering virtual reality rooms for touring properties, a state-of-the-art training facility, and Artificial Intelligence.
“I believe the agent and consumer demand a virtual office solution going into this next decade,” said Cohn. “My focus in real estate has always been two-fold: first, serving the agent through coaching, accountability, and business mastery. Second, serving the consumer by saving money, time, and hassle! It’s a winning combination and I’m all in!”
